For any shipping outside of the UK please send us a message prior to ordering to arrange shipping fees. 

Please allow us 3-5 working days to process your orders. 

Returns - 

Returns must be made within 14 days of your receipt date for a refund. Products must be returned in original, unopened and unused condition along with any free items received. We regret that we cannot offer a refund on original shipping costs. 

Unfortunately return postage is not reimbursed and we cannot accept responsibility for any lost returns, we suggest using a tracked/ insured service. 

Please note any signs of products being tampered with or used will result in the refund not being processed.
